Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link directly to the carrier's site. Click that link for real-time updates on your package's location.

What do the order statuses mean?

  • Unfulfilled — We've received your order and it's being reviewed and made. Custom pieces are made to order, so this is where the magic starts. Your piece is being crafted and this is also the longest stage — see our production times below.
  • Fulfilled = Shipped — Your order is on its way. Your tracking link is now live (although some carriers take 1-2 business days to update tracking info).
  • Delivered — The carrier has marked your package as delivered.

How long does production take?

Most orders take 8–11 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons (Mother's Day, Christmas, etc), production times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate this proactively.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?

Yes, this is common with USPS, especially between origin scan and the next facility. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
