Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to the carrier's site. Click that link for real-time updates on your package's location.

Can't find your shipping confirmation? Check your spam or junk folder. You can also track your order directly at the link above.

What do the order statuses mean?

  • Unfulfilled: We've received your order and it's being made. Custom pieces are made to order, so this is where the magic starts. Your piece is being crafted, and this is also the longest stage. See production times below.
  • Fulfilled (shipped): Your order is on its way. Your tracking link is now live (though some carriers take 1-2 business days to update tracking info).
  • Delivered: The carrier has marked your package as delivered.

How long does production take?

Most orders take 6-8 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons like Mother's Day and Christmas, production times may be slightly longer. We'll let you know if anything changes.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is that normal?

Yes, this is common with USPS, especially between origin scan and the next facility. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 7 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
