Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every piece is personalized and made specifically for you, we start the jewelry making process right away after an order is placed.

If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us immediately.

Email us with your order number and what needs to change. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we have of catching it before production begins.

Order changes (name, initials, date, size)

We'll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn't entered production yet. Email us right away with:

1. Your order number
   
2. What needs to be changed
   
3. The correct information
   

Once a piece has been engraved or produced, we can no longer modify it. Please double-check your personalization details at checkout.

Cancellations

We do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but they can't be guaranteed. Production typically begins quickly after an order is placed, so reach out as soon as possible.

Address changes

Need to update a shipping address? We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us with your order number and the corrected address.
