- Production: 8–11 business days
- Shipping: 5–7 business days (US)
- Total: approximately 3–4 weeks
Our tips:
- Order at least 3 weeks before the date you need it — even earlier during peak seasons (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day)
- Double-check the personalization details before you checkout — once production starts, changes may not be possible

How to request a rush:
Reply to this message with:
- The item(s) you want to order (or your existing order number)
- The date you need it by
- Your shipping zip code
We'll check our production queue and let you know whether we can meet your deadline, and what shipping upgrade (if any) is needed to make it work.
Planning ahead for holidays and special occasions:
We strongly recommend ordering even earlier before major holidays like Mother's Day, Christmas, and Valentine's Day. During peak periods, production queues fill quickly and standard shipping times may not be available.
If we can't meet your deadline:
We'll be upfront about it. We'd rather be honest than rush a piece and compromise quality. If we can't make your date, we'll let you know right away so you can plan accordingly.
