Production time + shipping time = total delivery time. Here's how it breaks down:
- Production. 6-8 business days (your piece is handcrafted to order)
- Shipping. Typically 5-7 business days after production is complete
Your total delivery window is usually 11-15 business days from the date you ordered, about 2-3 weeks. During peak seasons like Mother's Day and Christmas, production times may be slightly longer. We'll let you know if anything changes.
