What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we'll always make it right if:

  • Your piece arrives damaged
  •  The engraving or personalization is incorrect (our error)
  • There's a quality issue with the product

If any of these apply, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out for you.

Buying as a gift? If you're unsure about sizing or personalization, reach out before you order. We're happy to help you choose the right piece.

Personalized pieces. Because every piece is custom-made with your specific personalization, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there's a defect or error on our part.

If we made an error. If your piece arrives with incorrect engraving, a wrong initial, or a defect, that's on us. We'll make it right, no questions asked. Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the piece
  • A description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference.

Damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll take care of it.
