Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
However, we will always make it right if:
- Your piece arrives damaged
- The engraving or personalisation is incorrect (our error)
- There is a quality issue with the product
If any of these apply, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out for you.
For gifts: If you're unsure about sizing or personalization, reach out before you order — we're happy to help you choose the right piece.

Because every piece is custom-made with your specific personalization, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If we made an error:
If your piece arrived with incorrect engraving, a wrong initial, or a defect — that's on us and we'll make it right, no questions asked. Reply with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the piece
- A description of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference.
Damaged in transit:
If your package arrived damaged, please photograph the packaging and the piece and reply to us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll take care of it.
