Because every piece is personalised and made specifically for you, we begin production quickly after an order is placed.
If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Within 24 hours of ordering: We'll do our best to accommodate changes to personalisation, size, or cancellations — but we can't guarantee it once production has begun
- After 24 hours: Your piece may already be in production and changes may not be possible
Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Once your piece enters production, we're unable to cancel the order.
To request a cancellation, reply to this message with your order number as soon as possible. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we have of catching it in time.
Unfortunately we're unable to cancel once your piece has begun production.
Order changes (name, initials, date, size, etc.)
We'll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn't entered production yet. If you need to update personalization details, reply immediately with:
- Your order number
- What needs to be changed
- The correct information
Once a piece has been engraved or produced, we're unable to modify it. Please double-check your personalization details at checkout.
Address changes
Need to update a shipping address? We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Reply with your order number and the corrected address.
